3 Day Champion In Training Basketball Clinic

You think you got what it takes to be a champion? I will take 3 days to break down skills, drills, and habits of a champion. Each day I will lead players through a dynamic warm up, followed by some static stretching to get loose. I personally implement variations of all the  skills and drills that  I will be teaching at the clinic.  I want to show young athletes exactly what it takes to be a champion.  Yes, it takes a lot of hard work to be great at anything, but anyone willing to put in the work can be great. Everyday you have to  continuously work on your game, being sure to not only work hard but to also work smart. It is also very important toot only work to improve your strengths, but also to improve your weaknesses. There was a reason I won four high school championships, two NCAA championships, two WNBA championships, and multiple championships overseas. Its simple…I simply continued to work on my game so that I can contribute to my team in anyway possible. Even if you’re not the best player on the team or maybe you don’t play a lot of minutes, how hard you work plays a factor in the team chemistry.  A team is only as good as its weakest player. So, that means that everybody on the team has to put in maximum effort in order to achieve the greatest outcome. Every drill will be broken down from the basic fundamentals and then built up to advance skill work. Each player is expected to go game speed in every drill, competition, and game.  Players will be shown collegiate and professional basketball skills, drills, and techniques such as: ball handling, shooting, offensive moves, defense, passing, and rebounding.

DAY 1:

DAY 3: 

  • Warm-Up & Stretching

  • Fundamentals of shooting
  • Advanced shooting drills
  • Offensive Finishing Moves
  • Play games
